On October 29, 2020, Gentherm Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its conference call to discuss third quarter of 2020 financial results that was scheduled for October 29, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time has been re-scheduled to October 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time due to conference call service provider technical issues. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
